How do you create peace ...

... in yourself?

When I listen to violin music, I get goose bumps. It makes me happy and brings tears to my eyes. A roaring orchestra provides pleasant showers, a deep singing voice has a calming effect on me. It's kind of amazing how much sounds influence me and direct my emotional world. When I need peace, I turn to music.
